Realtryck is a unique printing house that not only prints on paper but also specializes in challenging materials such as plastic, self-adhesive films, and various types of cardboard. We offer a wide range of printed products and ensure color matching throughout the entire campaign.

PLASTIC

We offer printing on plastic, including PVC and PP. These durable materials are suitable for a wide range of applications.

PAPER & CARDBOARD

We offset print directly on cardboard up to 1.2 mm thick, equivalent to approximately 800 grams. This results in faster lead times and improved cost efficiency. For cardboard over 1.2 mm, lining is required to achieve the desired thickness.

SELF-ADHESIVE

Stickers and decals in all shapes with low-tack, high-tack, or static adhesion – perfect for any need.

OFFSET

The KBA Rapida 106 is a hybrid press, 14.5 meters long and 5 meters wide – the heart of our production. With six color units and a varnish unit, we handle all challenges. The hybrid technology for conventional, UV, and LED UV inks delivers the best results on plastic, cardboard, and paper.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Perfect for smaller runs and formats, such as brochures, flyers, business cards, decals, letterheads, and envelopes.

PREPRESS

We optimize the workflow from original to printing press with fully automated CTP and plate mounting, minimizing the time to press start. With the latest versions of Adobe CS and Enfocus PitStop, we can make changes to the customer's original files. If the customer needs samples, such as for complex packaging, we make it easy on our cutting table and can also assist with drawings for a perfect final product.

TECHNOLOGY & FINISHING

No product is finished until it has passed through our post-processing. This is where your printed material gets its final appearance and functionality. Our bindery handles a range of post-processing techniques, allowing us to tailor each project to your needs. We take care of everything from manual labor to cutting, die-cutting, and more advanced techniques such as laminating, capsule gluing, folding, perforating, and embossing. Each step is performed with precision to ensure a professional, functional, and durable final product.

OFFSET PRESS

In our unique printing press, we can use up to 6 colors and optional varnish, such as CMYK with two spot colors or white ink for printing on transparent materials. In the varnish unit, we offer matte or gloss UV varnish as well as water-based options like soft touch, matte, semi-matte, or gloss varnish. Spot varnishing with fine details or even two different varnishes on the same product is no problem for us. Our press is equipped with LED and UV lamps, allowing us to print on a variety of synthetic materials and plastics, such as PP, PET, and PVC. We print daily on decal materials like PP or PVC and also offer printing on paper and cardboard. With a material size of up to 75×106 cm and a capacity of up to 18,000 sheets per hour, we handle both thin papers at 80 g and thicker materials up to 1.2 mm. This makes us unique in the market – we are the printing house that can handle the tough materials and special projects that other printers find more challenging.

LAMINATING

Fully automated laminating with infeed and delivery for sheet sizes up to 820 x 1050 mm. Single-sided or double-sided lamination, gloss/matte/floor laminate, soft-touch, and more.

DIGITAL PRESSES

Our Ricoh Pro C9210 and Pro C7210x deliver high-quality digital printing for small and medium runs. They handle formats up to 1200 x 330 mm, variable data printing, and special effects such as gloss varnish, white, gold, and silver.

LINING

Mounting sheets and lining paper onto thicker materials, such as cardboard and corrugated board.

PICK, PACK & DISTRIBUTION

We complete, pack, and distribute your printed materials to the recipient.

DIE-CUT/PUNCHING

Die-cutting using cylinders and flat dies in formats up to 740 x 1040 mm.

FULLY AUTOMATIC CUTTING TABLE

Fully automatic cutting table with infeed and delivery for sheet sizes up to 750 x 1050 mm.
